How do I clean the fringe on my rug?
You should check the manufacturer’s guidelines on this before cleaning the rug. But most fringes can be cleaned with a mild soap and water solution, applied with a bristle brush. You should never use any harsh chemicals on the fringe because it may damage the fibers or discolor the fringe. Also, when you are vacuuming your rug, try to avoid getting the fringe. Vacuums can severely damage the delicate strands.
