Does my rug need padding?
Yes, you should definitely have padding under your rugs. Rug pads protect both the rug and you from slippage. They also make vacuuming the rug easier and protect your floors from any color transference and subsequent staining. Since there is extra padding under your rug, it will make it even nicer to walk on, and also protect the rug from wear, prolonging its life.
